Police describe Lecoy as a Metis male, standing 5’7″ tall, with a medium build, brown eyes, short brown hair and he has a feather tattoo on the left side of his face.

According to North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP, it is unusual for Lecoy to be gone for this long while having no contact with any family or friends.

Police say they are concerned for his safety.

Anyone who may have seen Norman Lecoy or has any information on his whereabouts is urged to contact local police immediately.
