VicPD are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing high-risk 74-year-old man.
Livinus Augustin was reported missing earlier this evening, prompting concerns for his safety and well-being.
Augustin is described as 5’10” tall, with a slim build and black curly short hair. He was last seen around 3 p.m. in the 900 block of Hillside Avenue, sporting a grey hoodie and blue pants.
Additionally, he may be carrying a black bag.
His frequent visits to downtown Victoria and the possibility of him attempting to reach the Swartz Bay ferry terminal have escalated worries among officers, who suspect he may require immediate medical attention.
This appeal for assistance comes as VicPD urges the community to be on the lookout for Augustin.
