VicPD are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 77-year-old man who suffers from dementia.
Edgar was last seen in the 500-block of West Bay Terrace in Esquimalt on Tuesday, January 16th, and was reported missing today.
He is described as being 6′ tall with a medium build, short white hair, and a long white beard.
Edgar was wearing a dark-colored jacket and pants, a red zip-up hoody, and a red baseball cap. Additionally, he may be wearing rainbow-striped suspenders.
Given that Edgar has dementia, investigators are concerned for his welfare. He typically travels on foot or by bus and frequents the Esquimalt area.
