North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP are seeking the public’s help in identifying a person of interest after a vehicle was discovered on fire.
On Wednesday, May 31st at 8:30 p.m., police responded to a reported vehicle fire in the parking lot of Walmart in Duncan on Drinkwater Road.
In a video surveillance clip, a man is seen exiting the store and getting into his truck and driving away during this time.
The suspect is described as male between 40-50 years old, medium build, and wearing a CAT brand baseball cap.
The vehicle is believed to be an older model GMC truck, blue/silver in colour with a silver headache rack.
