When honing in on a specific platform, Victoria made finished 9th out of 10 for most romantic proposal destinations in Canada with 1,922 posts, according to Instagram—Tofino didn’t make the cut on that app.
On Tik Tok, however, Tofino ranked 9th with over 24,000 searches.
To find this data, CanadaCasino said they compiled a seed list of 44 popular proposal destinations in Canada referenced in online articles.
Utilizing TikTok and Instagram data for the hashtags #(location) proposal and #(location) engagement, each location underwent analysis to unveil the most popular destinations to propose in the country.
