Mother Mother to kick off Canadian tour at Victoria’s Save-on-Foods Memorial Centre

Hey there, indie-rock fans!

It’s official—Canada’s Mother Mother has announced they’ll be hitting the road in 2025 with a new and exciting Canadian tour. 

This tour is in celebration of their latest album, Grief Chapter and will include 11 dates, kicking off on February 18th in Victoria at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre!

According to Live Nation, this new album marks a new era in Mother Mother’s constantly evolving story, kickstarted by an organic groundswell of young, passionate fans who have all found community in the band’s songs.

Mother Mother formed in 2005 and is based on Quadra Island—consisting of Ryan Guldemond on guitar and vocals, Molly Guldemond and Jasmin Parkin on vocals and keyboard, Ali Siadat on drums, and Mike Young on bass. Their longtime bassist Jeremy Page left the band in 2016.

They were recently catapulted into universal success and recognition following the release of album Inside. Additionally, their follow-up album to Hayloft, Hayloft II is now certified Gold in the US and approaching Platinum in Canada.

Multi-platinum singer/songwriter and producer Cavetown as well as indie-pop trio Cannons will be joining them as special guests on tour. 

Tickets will be available to the general public on Friday, May 3rd at 10 a.m. and those can be purchased on Live Nation’s website

There will be an artist presale beginning  at 10 a.m. today, Tuesday, April 30th.
