Multiple Sidney fire crews are actively battling a house fire in the 2100 block of Beacon Avenue late Saturday afternoon.
Witnesses report that the house fire began just after 4 p.m. and is being attended by police, ambulance and fire crews while they work to control the flames.
A small section of Beacon Avenue (between Pat Bay HWY and Galaran Road) is closed while fire crews continue to distinguish the fire.
One occupant of the home is currently being treated in the back of an ambulance, and while unconfirmed, it appears all residents are uninjured at this time.
