West Shore RCMP are requesting public assistance in their search for 32-year-old Richard Tom who is wanted for various sexual offences.
An arrest warrant for Tom was issued on June 21st, for the following offences:
- 4 counts of Sexual Interference under section 151 C.C
- 3 counts of Sexual Assault under section 271 C.C.
- 1 count of Invitation to Sexual Touching under section 152 C.C.
All three sections deal with sexual offences against minors under the age of 16.
Richard Tom has black hair, dark brown eyes, and a medium build. He stands 5’4″ tall and weighs 198 lbs.
Anyone who sees Tom is advised not to approach him.
There are currently no details available on the incidents that caused RCMP to issue this warrant.
