West Shore RCMP seek help locating suspects in alleged targeted assault (VIDEO)

Two suspects are sought by West Shore RCMP after alleged targeted assault which was caught on camera. 

On February 26th at around 8 p.m. video surveillance caught two men knocking on the door of a residence in the 2400 Block of Sooke Road. 

Police say that the two suspects got into a physical altercation with the homeowner which they did not share as part of the video. 

Investigators also noted that the homeowner did not know the suspects. Despite this, police believe that the incident was targeted toward this home or homeowner specifically. 

“There does not appear to be any concern for the safety of the general public,” said a West Shore RCMP spokesperson in a media release. .

Police describe the first suspect as a Caucasian man, standing approximately 5’8” to 5’10” tall, wearing a blue hoodie, jogging pants, sandals and a dark baseball cap.

Suspect two is described as a darker-skinned man of medium build, wearing a dark jacket.

According to police, the night vision camera makes the suspects’ clothing appear much lighter than it actually is.
