Update: Victoria Police have confirmed Randy Ogden and his pup Bluesef were located last night. They’re safe and well.

Victoria Police are looking for a missing 24-year-old Ontario man, Randy Tyrone Ogden. He recently arrived in Victoria.
His family are concerned for his well-being and say going missing is out of the ordinary for him.
Ogden is described as a young black man, standing approximately 5’8” tall, with an athletic, 170 lb. build. He has a shaved head with partial beard and brown eyes. He has several arm tattoos.
He was last seen wearing a red, yellow and green tank top and black shorts and had his 30-40 lb. grey and white pit-bull “Bluesef” with him.
Randy is fluent in Spanish. He was last seen on April 30th.
