Looking for a way to get your fireworks fix after last weekend’s Canada Day celebrations? You’re in luck.
Port Angeles will be having its annual Independence Day celebrations on Wednesday, July 4, including fireworks just after dark at around 10 p.m.
The weather forecast is showing clear skies with a bit of clouds, so you shouldn’t have a problem peering across the Juan de Fuca Strait with a pair of binoculars.
Your best options for a good view of the fireworks will likely be Clover Point and all along Dallas Road. You might even be able to spot them from Colwood and Metchosin.
Pick your spot and get there early—and if you miss the fireworks, enjoy the sunset.
