Fancy living just steps away from the beach in beautiful, quaint Cook Street Village?

If you’re single and ready to shell out $1,600 a month for rent, you could live in this modern, classy…*drumroll*…micro-suite!

No, seriously.

For nearly the same price as a one-bedroom apartment in a crazy rental market like Vancouver, renters can enjoy this cozy, furnished “0.5 bedroom” micro-suite on Hilda St in Cook Street Village, just minutes away from Clover Point.

The advertisement for the suite on UsedVictoria promotes its location in “a quiet historic neighbourhood 1/2 block from [the] beach”, and the presence of a “loft”.

It boasts a private entrance with keypad, stainless appliances, ceramic stove top, kitchen supplies, luxury linens, a new smart TV, on-site laundry and WiFi, granite bathroom in-floor heating, and built-in closet space.

The rent does also appear to cover utilities and includes free off-street parking.
